D. Randy Winner graduated from the University of Montana School of Law in 1985. Shortly after graduation he began practicing law in Great Falls, Montana with a strong focus in the bankruptcy field. By 1995 Mr. Winner’s practice became exclusively devoted to consumer bankruptcy law, which is what he does to this day.
